Refund application period 30 days after receiving the goods, you can apply for a refund or replacement.

The goods were damaged during transportation.

The tea package has been opened or used.

Refund process

1、Send an email to masen8023@gmail.com, ID card order number and refund reason

2、Attach the product photo (if damaged)

3、We will reply to the processing plan within 3 working days.

4、The refund will be returned to your PayPal account in the original way, and the processing time will take about 5-10 working days.

Return freight

If the goods are returned due to quality problems, the freight will be borne by us.

If the goods are returned for personal reasons, the freight shall be borne by the buyer.
