Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
- 🇺🇸 United States / 🇨🇦 Canada: 10–20 business days
- 🇬🇧 United Kingdom / 🇩🇪 Germany / 🇫🇷 France / 🇮🇹 Italy and other European countries: 15–25 business days
- Other international regions: 20–35 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Fees Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order total.
4. Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment status online.
5. Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at masen8023@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).
7. Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
