All three teas come from the Wuyi Mountains in Fujian Province — a UNESCO World Heritage site and one of the most storied tea-growing regions in the world. The rocky terrain, misty climate, and centuries of tea-making tradition produce flavors that simply can't be replicated anywhere else.

Heat water to 90–95°C. Use 3–5g per cup and steep for 2–3 minutes. Each tea can be re-steeped 3–5 times — a great way to explore how the flavor evolves. We recommend starting with the Jinjunmei, then working your way to the bolder Da Hong Pao.
