✦ Where It Comes From
Fengqing County in Lincang, Yunnan — a remote, mountainous region where wild ancient tea trees grow undisturbed. The altitude, rainfall, and mineral-rich soil here create conditions that produce some of the most expressive black tea in the world. Each harvest is a reflection of that place.
✦ How to Brew
Heat water to 90–95°C. Use 3–5g per cup and steep for 2–3 minutes. This tea is forgiving — hard to over-brew. Re-steep 4–6 times and notice how the honey notes deepen with each pour. Wonderful hot, and equally good cold-brewed overnight.

What's the difference between the grades?
Higher grades use finer, younger leaves with more golden tips — the result is a sweeter, more aromatic cup. Lower grades are still excellent for everyday drinking, just a little more robust.

You can, but we'd suggest trying it plain first — the natural sweetness is one of its best qualities.
Is it caffeinated?
Yes — black tea contains caffeine, making this a great morning or afternoon tea.
