Water Temperature: 100°C (212°F)
Amount: 5–7g per session (use a Yixing clay pot or gaiwan)
Rinse: 1 quick rinse before first steep
Steep Time: 10–20 seconds, increasing with each steep
Re-steeps: 10–15+ times
Storage
Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place away from strong odors and direct sunlight. Avoid airtight containers – Pu'er needs to breathe to continue aging gracefully.
