Brewing Guide
- Water Temperature: 100°C (212°F)
- Amount: 5–7g per session (use a Yixing clay pot or gaiwan)
- Rinse: 1 quick rinse before first steep
- Steep Time: 10–20 seconds, increasing with each steep
